No other online shopping service has responded on the weekend days, in my personal experience. Thank you for great Customer Service!! The item came promptly and as described. These wooden hall passes will be most useful! One note of advice: If you want to keep the plastic "handles" on the passes, make sure to secure them well. One of the "handles" has already been removed by my students and has gone missing. I should have known first, second, and third grade kids will take whatever they can apart!
